Your habits become your reality. Here are 3 things that you must stop doing if you want to find a high-value girlfriend:

1.) Stop looking for “the one”.

Hollywood movies always talk about “the right person”, “the one”. But you know what, I’m here to tell you the truth: “the one” doesn’t exist. Now please let me explain.

Because you are a high-value guy, your standards are high. In contrast, a low-value man doesn’t even have a soul, so of course it’s much easier for him to find a “soulmate”.

You are a high-value man, so you shouldn’t expect a woman to be “the one” the moment you meet her. In reality, “the one” doesn’t exist; someone becomes the one. More specifically, when you meet a woman who reasonably meets your most important standards, it is your responsibility to train her properly so that she can become the one. For example, you must reward her good behavior and punish her bad behavior. You have to communicate your standards and expectations cleanly and clearly so that she will have a good understanding of what to do and what not to do in this relationship. That’s how she becomes the one!

2.) Stop wearing a mask.

3.) Stop expecting things from women that you’re unwilling to do for them.

Therefore, if you are unwilling to look after a woman, please don’t expect her to take care of you. If you lie to your girlfriend, chances are she won’t be honest with you either. Don’t underestimate a woman’s IQ even if you’ve already used her for your selfish reasons because no one will be used and abused forever – she will certainly talk about her relationship with her family and friends who will tell her what’s actually happening – her family and friends are not in the picture, so they can see the picture clearly!
